Fall Maternity Photoshoot on Cape Cod

Andrea reached out with the sweetest idea: a cozy, love-filled maternity session on the lake where she and Patrick live, surrounded by woods, peak fall color, and their two rescue dogs. We planned it for the end of October, and the afternoon just fit — soft light, crisp air, and so much feeling in the in‑between moments.

We wandered along wooded paths, through the leaves, and down to the beach, where Lady and Dexter joined in for a few playful, candid frames. There was laughter, warmth, and plenty of love (plus a big pumpkin or two). We ended on the dock with some of my favorite portraits of Andrea — grounded, glowing, and fully in this chapter. Sessions like this are a big part of why I love this work.
