Booking & Payment

A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your session or event date. The remaining balance is due by the date of your shoot unless otherwise outlined in your contract.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. Retainers are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to a new date with reasonable notice and based on availability.

If I need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be notified right away and offered either a new date or a full refund of any payments made.

Image Delivery & Editing

Final, high-resolution edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery within the agreed timeframe (typically 2–4 weeks). I do not deliver RAW or unedited files.

Every image is carefully edited to reflect my signature style. Additional retouching requests beyond what’s included may require an added fee.

Client Usage

You’re welcome to download, print, and share your images for personal use. Sharing online with credit (@letta.photography) is always appreciated!

Personal use means your photos are for your own enjoyment — not for business, resale, or commercial promotion. If you’re interested in using your images for professional or commercial purposes (like for a website, marketing, or brand content), just reach out! I’m happy to provide commercial licensing or help find the right option for you.

Use of Images by Photographer

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Letta Photography retains the right to use images from your session for promotional and commercial purposes, including (but not limited to):

• My website, portfolio, and social media
• Marketing and advertising materials
• Photography contests and exhibitions
• Magazine or blog submissions
• Educational resources

I always share with care and intention to showcase my work. If you prefer to keep your images private, please let me know before your session — I fully respect your wishes.

Prints & Albums

Professional-quality prints, albums, and other products can be ordered directly through your private online gallery, hosted on pic-time.com. It’s a seamless way to bring your images to life and preserve your memories beautifully.

Gallery Expiration

Your online gallery will remain active for 6 months from the date of delivery. Please download your images and place any print or album orders before the gallery expires.

Travel & Destination Sessions

Travel within 1 hour of Boston, MA is included in your session. For sessions that require longer travel, a small travel fee may apply — we’ll discuss that before booking. For destination work, I’m always happy to travel — just reach out with your ideas.
