Wedding at Wychmere Beach Club – Harwich Port, MA

Maggie and Bobby’s wedding on Cape Cod was one of those days that just felt meant to be, even though the lead-up was anything but typical. Just 48 hours before the celebration, their original photographer unexpectedly canceled — and that’s when Alex Paul Photography stepped in to make sure their day was still beautifully documented.

I’ve been working with Alex as a full-time second and associate photographer for the past few years, and it was an honor to photograph this wedding for his studio. Alex handled everything behind the scenes while I documented Maggie and Bobby’s entire 12-hour celebration on my own — from the emotional getting-ready moments to the boat arrival and their elegant Harbor Room reception.

The entire day felt relaxed, easy, and very natural. Maggie and Bobby were so kind, grounded, and amazing to photograph — a dream couple from start to finish. Capturing their wedding was not only an honor, but also a reminder of how meaningful and special this work can be.
